« Magnifique suite avec 3 chambres et un canapé lit. Le petit bémol concerne le canapé lit pour la première nuit nous n'avions pas de couette ni de seeviette supplémentaires alors que la reservation a été faite pour7 personnes. Mais sinon l'hotel est tres bien situé pour les visites des Smoky mountains et la suite très confortable. »

« The room was ok. Bed frame had springs and was very loud with every position change and was not very comfortable. The ice machine was gross. There was mold on the outside. There was no fire alarm/ smoke detector, but the frame for it was on the wall in the room. There wasn’t enough trash cans. The shower was terrible. The shower curtain was short. « Wanted to stay further away from pigeon forge as more quiet. Had busy day at Dollywood. Came back to room and moved pillow to get into bed. Was disgusted to find what I thought may have been a bed bug. Managed to put in a cup and receptionist came up to see see it and told me it was a tick !! She said I must have brought it in to the room myself. Absolutely not as it was under the pillow. She offered to change the sheets but I refused and said I wanted to move room. If I could have...

« Came here with my husband six year-old three year-old and one year-old. Everything is at your fingertips. The staff could not be nicer and the property is extremely clean and well maintained perfect proximity to everything that you need to do in pigeon Forge! We love Tennessee. »

« The hotel was exquisite! Beautiful views! Will come back. Only complaint is that when we checked in, our room was supposed to have a private balcony. The picture on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the actual room we received. Our room was on the bottom floor by the pool. I was gonna make a big fuss about it but chose not to. « The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in. « Loved my stay here. Took my son and two of my grandkids for just a short get away. The property was very clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the stay very much and my grandkids had a blast. Would definitely stay here again! »
