„We got different room category than we had booked and already paid. We showed the lady at the reception the confirmation from Expedia and she told us we had to buy an Upgrade to get the Sea view and hammock which were explicitly mentioned in the confirmation from Expedia as our room category! What’s worse, the room we got was right next to the kitchen, with a ridiculously loud a/c going all night except between 5:30 and 6 am, I hardly got to sleep. The food was pretty good (even though there ...

„We stayed for 5 wonderful nights and thoroughly enjoyed the lovely room, fantastic food and wondeful hospitality of all the staff.“

„Great property. on a smaller side.. though provided a very intimate setting for our stay.“

„Staff and resort were very accommodating and made us feel extra special for Carlitos 40th bday! Will be back soon“

„Great Location Right on the Beach , ideal for Long Morning Walks to either direction and closeby other restaurants. We had a Rental car which was Great for Trips to Cabo Pulmo, Todos Santos and the Art Walk in down town San José on Thursdays from 17-22 hrs. Free parking at the hotel .“

„Clean room, clean pool. Grateful for opportunity“

„This is our 3rd stay at the Ritz Zadun and we love it. Staff is amazing; rooms are villas and so spacious and location is terrific. We’ll be back.“

„Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded.“
