„The hotel was generally fine, but the breakfast was a major disappointment. Considering the high ratings on Booking and Expedia, I expected much better. The breakfast selection was very limited and not what I would expect from a 3-star hotel. To make matters worse, all the plates, forks, knives, and spoons were disposable plastic items. This felt cheap and significantly detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast service does not match the hotel’s ratings and should be improved.“

„Das Zimmer ist schmutzig “

„Nicht viel“

„Do not stay here.“

„Das beste 4-Sterne Hotel, was wir je an der US-Ostküste erlebt haben und erheblich besser als so manches 5-Sterne Hotel. Super ausgestattet, gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besonderer Service, gutes Frühstück und genügend Parkplätze. Dazu liegt es im beschaulichen und ruhigen Vorort von Chicago Homewood. „It's simply a 2 star overnight stay with 3 star prices. Unfortunately the staff-desk was unaccomidating and least helpful and sleepily unenthusiastic to assist -“

„Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut, aber wegen Corona okay. Zimmer sind groß mit Sitzecke.“

„Room was very clean and spacious, staff was friendly“

„Everything and everyone was nice. What we did not like was the rooms did not have any USB ports for our phones. The breakfast was ok but not much to choose from like bacon or scrambled eggs. They did have cold cereal and boiled eggs and waffles n toast as well as coffee and apple juice.“

„The staff was super helpful. Common areas-- carpets, furniture, etc badly need updates. I noticed that the chairs in the reception area were worn to the point of being threadbare-- not a good look, and I did not want to sit on them. There were drain flies in my bathtub. To her credit, the receptionist switched me to a different room and gave me a breakfast voucher as soon as I told her. The new room was much better with no bugs, but the toilet handle did not work properly.“
