„We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice ...

„Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!“

„Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.“

The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!“

„We loved the trails right outside of this home. We walked them every day and everything was just no more than a 30 drive. We spent two days in red rocks and visited the Denver zoo. We ate at some fabulous restaurants, and of course the kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some cooking. Beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet balcony every morning with my coffee. Highly recommend this property!“
