« The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons...

« evacuation wc fonctionne mal. serrure de securité de la porte n'est pas reglé donc non-fonctionelle. avertisseur de fumée fait de droles de bruits par intermittance. les horaires du bureau d'accueil sont trés limité. WiFi gratuit mais connection parfois trés lent et aleatoire. »

« We stayed here to visit a friend at Lackland AFB. The location was perfect —7-8 min drive to Lackland visitors’ center — less than 20 min to Sea World and 25 min to the Riverwalk and Alamo. The house was adorable and spotless. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space for our family of 4. Our host, Sherry, was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Overall a perfect experience!!! »
