« For the most part it wasn't bad but u can tell it's a old hotel and the pool area was a mess and hot to hot to swim »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We had a wonderful stay for my birthday weekend! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Branson. The only issue was that the TV remote never worked correctly, so watching TV wasn’t an option during our stay. Thankfully, that didn’t take away from our overall experience. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! »

« We were there for a sibling get together! We had so much fun! There’s so much to do and all the facilities were so nice. The office staff were all wonderful and helpful! We’ll be going back again! »

« Cons: We were never told where the pool was or if there was a free breakfast. The carpet had a few stains and there was a broken door around the water heater. Pros: the property was right on the water front. Very quiet setting and off the main strip in town which made it much easier to navigate around without constantly being in traffic. »

« Our room was outdated, but for the most part it was clean. There were lots of bugs in the bathroom light fixture. The fan in the bathroom did not work and the water was blasting hot to cold temperatures. Our beds were very comfortable and clean and air conditioner worked GREAT. It was in the 100's the week we were there. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary coffee until Friday and then it costs $4 for the same size I had been getting for free earlier in the week. The breakfast "kiosk"...
