« Great property close to everything the Florida beaches have to offer. Nice amenities and super pool for the kids. House was comfortable and clean. This is a duplex and may have to share backyard with other side if it is rented out. This was not a problem for us, as the first family we shared with was great & then there was someone there for a night who we never saw and then we had it to ourselves the rest of the week. Only comment to improve would be some shade provided by a small awning or roof...

« This was a perfect place to celebrate our special occasion. The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and had plenty of dining options within walking distance. The beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and cooler made going to the beach a breeze. Having a washer and dryer on site was very convenient. »

« My husband, me and my daughter stayed there. It was a wonderful location and we had a great time. Just a very short distance from the beach and other places. « The place was a very short drive to the beach. Decorated very well, and the living quarters above the garage was perfect. The pool was very green and gross upon arrival but we later found out that they had just came to put chemicals in and stirred the debris from the bottom before we arrived. I think maybe a day or two between guests should be taken into consideration, since that was one of the deciding factors of our short stay, yet it wasn’t supposed to be used right after they do that....

« The house is great! You might think it is small because of only 1 bedroom but with the twin trundle bed pulled out we had plenty of room. Didnt even have to put the beds back in in the morning. There was 4 of us and 2 small dogs. My only suggestion for inside house would be a more comfy couch and seating for when you want to come in and relax after a long day out on adventures. The couch is very hard. As for outside we spent a lot of time on the back deck. Grilled several nights, kids fished on...

« This place was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. It was a spacious and well-decorated home away from home. The kitchen was stocked, and the pool and outdoor area were perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was almost instant. Easy check-in. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. « Cozy condo with lanai to relax on. Pool was a 2 minute walk and was never crowded. Homeowner provided everything we needed...beach towels, outdoor chairs, even a Keurig. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. The condo is about a mile walk to Main St. Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Spa. We enjoyed our stay. »
