Location as advertised but the place was absolutely, horrifically, disgusting. Mold everywhere. Flood stained walls. They did not disclose that the lobby was under construction. „For the first welcome in walk we were greeted by a filthy carpet and funky smell. The carpet was stained throughout the house.The kitchen is old, plastic covers, peeling off cabinets and steel wool holding the washing machine in place. The flat itself is very comfortable and well appointed with many thoughtful touches. Additionally, it was spotlessly clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating and and communicative. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped.
