« Hôtel à 15min de Tulum downtown, Taxi très cher: 35 us$ pour un aller. Transport en commun (collectivo) de l’autre côté de l’autoroute après 20 min de marche en plein soleil… Les hôtels devraient avoir des services de shuttle pour que les voyageurs puissent se déplacer plus facilement. C’est un gros moins pour les hôtels dans cette zone. »

« This is the second visit to Tankah Shores, the first being 10 years ago in the next-door three bedroom. Both houses are wonderful, right on the beach and so clean. Yobanny and Edith and family are wonderful hosts, so attentive to any needs we might have had. We used Edith's cooking services and she did not disappoint - the food was fabulous. Highly recommend skipping the pricey restaurants down the street and just go with Edith! If you have a chance to stay at either Tankah Shores...

« A few things aren't going to be perfect in a community in the middle of the jungle. With that expectation this was more than what we thought it would be. Close to beach and not far from downtown Tulum. Very nice place. »

« If you enjoy being away from crowds and surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. The large, netted gazebo was a highlight—we spent much of our time there as a group, playing games and making music. The private cenote/pool was a refreshing and unique alternative to a regular swimming pool, perfect for daily dips.
