« Loved our 3 day stay over St.Patty’s weekend. This place is close to everything. 3 min walk to secluded Tybee River beach. Plus, 5 min walk to one of the best restaurants in the island,AJ’s. The Herrons Nest is comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Easy to get a Uber for a jaunt to Savannah. Thank you for a very well hosted stay on Tybee. »

« I highly recommend this place if you want to stay on Tybee Island. It is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants and only one block to the beach. The staff is super friendly and the room was very clean. Yes it is an older hotel, but it has been completely renovated, so it feels new. Parking was super easy. They even let us check in early because our room was ready. I thought we might be in for a noisy night since we were right on the strip by the restaurants but it actually ended up...

« The Desoto is towards the north end of Tybee away from the pier. It is quieter and less crowded usually. The hotel room was very nice. They pillows and bed was very comfortable. It looked as though it had been remodeled in recent years. We walked and rode bikes everywhere. »
