« Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. »

« The space was beautifully decorated and located in a quiet area of Simi Valley. The check-in process was very problematic for me. The extra information requested by the management company didn’t prompt me for a credit card and therefore delayed my process of checking in by four hours. Also, two of the smoke alarms beeped for 7.5 hours before the property manager took care of it. Very disruptive for someone trying to work in another one, trying to recuperate from surgery. »

« My kids and I needed a place to stay for about a week while we were in the middle of a move. The property was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, and more. The property was very clean and newly renovated with new amenities all throughout. My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home.
