„We have stayed at Millside Cottage many times before and it's a favourite of ours. Cottage is very homely and well equipped. It was great to see that the shower has been upgraded. One suggestion is that the new Wood burner is not that practical to use as there is no companion set, or at the very minimum an available poker. Having a fire at home, we know that sometimes you really need a poker to "re-adjust" locations of logs within the fire to ensure that they are sat correctly.“

„This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property.“

Having the downstairs toilet outside is a bonus and also the outhouse with washing machine, drier and freezer - it just frees up so much space.
