Vietnam : Séjours plongée

We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly. They even falsely claimed to Hotels.com that someone came to help us access the pool, which never happened. They had our contact details but never tried to reach us. The apartment itself was average and certainly not worth what we paid. There were very few towels, and they were small and low quality. Worst of all, the stay was far from relaxing. Most online reviews are suspiciously positive and all say the same things — I seriously question their authenticity. We decided to leave after two nights and moved to a much better hotel where we are finally enjoying our vacation with attentive staff and a peaceful atmosphere. I would not recommend this property, especially for families expecting a smooth and restful experience.

Hotel très bien situé et très chic. Les chambres à l arrière sont très calmes. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné. C est un endroit que je recommande.

Personnel aux petits soins. Chambre correcte avec cette ambiance post colonial.

Petit déjeuner incroyable et hôtel magnifique mais pour un étoile 5 étoiles et ce niveau de prix, difficile d'expliquer 2 jours de fourmis dans la chambre. Le personnel a du jeter ma nourriture personnelle sans la remplacer et n'a proposé de nous offrir la voiture pour l'aéroport qu'après une énorme perche tendue. Un bâtiment exceptionnel, extrêmement bien placé avec un service malheureusement à peine digne d'un 4 etoiles. Enfin en trois semaines de voyage (Vietnam Cambodge Laos) il s'agit du seul hôtel qui n'a pas proposé de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport !
