„You are like in the middle of the jungle and directly at the Caribbean Lagune“

„The room was clean the floor was super slippery. The staff was friendly and helpful but everything was extra charged. I feel like for the category and location it is super over priced looking back and seeing other accommodations and speaking to people who were also traveling I would definitely not choose this place for a second time especially since every little thing was at extra charge. „Great place to stay!“

„Great experience, the hotel is right next to the lagoon, they have kayaks and SUPs you can use. The breakfast was good and the pool a good size for kids. The lagoon is warm so we swam there everyday. The room was beautiful with a hammock outside for relaxing. The hotel also has a small bar and the mezcalitas were delicious, i would highly recommend. We traveled with our 3 kids and we all loved our time in Bacalar.“
