« A very quirky, interesting, historical Hotel a short stroll from all the amenities that Swanage have to offer. Friendly helpful staff from start to finish, all very knowledgeable regarding the history of the hotel. « Very helpful crew helped us rapidly when arriving late. The place is rather historic than state of the art, but never have I had so much value for my money and we 4 loved the full English breakfast (pay appart) served by a very friendly staff. Recommended if you want to overnight or weekend in Bournemouth to a fair price. We didn't try the pool though, it might have even raised my appreciation! »

« Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel-pub situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Nous avions une grande et belle chambre très propre avec literie confortable. Le pub ferme assez tôt même en week-end (23h) donc nous n'avons absolument pas été dérangés pour dormir. Très bon petit déjeuner à l'anglaise avec plusieurs choix possibles. Personnel très sympathique. »
