« Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review! »

« The property and rooms are clean. The location is great if you are visiting UNC-CH. The only negative was the breakfast did not have that many options in the mornings. »

« Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. »

« The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome. »
