« We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The way this women was speaking to me as a customer was disrespectful and uncalled for and If that was the case why are you waiting until...

« Whilemy stay was pleasant. I booked my reservation through a third-party on the day of my arrival. I was told that the hotel was prepaid already. I made the reservation to pay at the property. I was not expecting that my card would be charged. I was planning on making the full payment through another payment method. »
