« Nick was the most attentive host anyone could ever ask for. The property was clean and stocked with any supplies you could ever need. Ubers and Lyfts were the best options for transportation to and from White House, Capitol, museums, etc. tip: make sure to read the Welcome white notebook when you arrive, lots of valuable information.A wonderful trip! « We came with young children and the house was well appointed with everything we needed as a large group. The location is perfect with young kids, a playground the next block over and a metro stop is 5 minute walk. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here in DC! »

« This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. « Our party was diverse so having a bathroom in every room was a huge benefit! The back patio was large but the weather prevented us from using it. Check-in was seamless, check out was easier. Owner only reached out when needed. If we wanted to be extra picky, the television situation was strange and difficult to navigate. However, we weren't in the house long enough for it to matter. We would 100% stay here again. »

« Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay here!! The location was wonderful and we loved the amenities in the building… The lounge on the seventh floor was absolutely amazing!! There was quite a bit of noise from the nearby train, and the beds also were loud and the pull-out bed could have been more comfortable, but we were overall very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again! »
