„occidental - nie mehr. maximal 3 sternehotel. keine ahnung warum die 5 sterne haben. bereits beim check in sehr unfreundliches personal. haben unterkunft gebucht für 3 erwachsene (doppelzimmer mit 2 doppelbetten) und ein zimmer erhalten mit nur einem doppelbett. das hotel gab an, dass die zimmer welche man bucht nicht garantiert sind und sie aktuell kein anderes zimmer hätten. 5 sternehotel gebucht - eine person musste dann auf einem kinderklappbett schlafen ! wiederholten reklamationen ...

„La relación precio calidad fue buena. La atención del personal muy buena. Lo que más nos gustó fue que, aun con el calor de Cozumel y que la recepción y alimentos no fueran climatizados, se hacía ameno el estar en la naturaleza y ver variedad de animales silvestres durante las caminadas en el hotel. Los cuartos eran cómodos y había limpieza diaria. Nos faltó aprovechar los equipos de snorquel pero íbamos en modo relax, por lo que se disfrutó la estadía. “

„Just like shown in the pictures, the location of the villa is right on the beach. The beach is very quiet except if there is a lot of wind, and the kite surfers are showing their skills. Very nice villa, sufficient space for a family. Jerry cleaned up the pool, the beach and is a very nice person. He leaves in the back of the villa, next to the carport, so always somebody around. „Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island.
