« Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks....

« I was in Cozumel for Ironman and wanted a place near the finish line that was also walkable to groceries, supplies, etc. The Kippal Property was located in an ideal area of town and was very comfortable & accommodating. Communication was outstanding throughout. Noise levels outside were fine (something I was concerned about). I'd stay again. »

« Kippal was not our first choice, let me explain. We had rented a condo along the beach south of town. Unfortunately, a hurricane, Beryl, had visited the island days before we arrived. The condo we had reserved had not power due to power lines being down, so the owners of the condo we very gracious to provide us with a full refund. "Oui c’était parfait , sauf le service de taxi pour aĂ©roport . L’affichage Ă©tait 30$ us de 5 Ă  8 personnes . Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et la personne de l’hĂŽtel a la porte , nous a arranger un chauffeur de taxi Ă  60 $ us au lieu de $ 30. !! Ce qui nous a semblĂ© un arrangement avec le chauffeur de taxi . Pour le reste du sĂ©jour Ă  l’hĂŽtel , c’était impeccable . Merci . "
