„This is such a cool place to stay. This 100-year-old hotel was delicately restored and maintains much of the class from when it was built. The staff are professional and courteous, really going out of their way for my anniversary. I especially appreciated Kessan, front desk associate that checked us in, Caroline, front desk manager that provided us with gifts in our room, and Gonzalo, M club associate that provided us with an upscale and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. “

„Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Chose to stay at the hotel because it looked clean, was well rated and had an airport shuttle. Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead. As airport shuttle was one of my top reasons to chose this hotel I was surprised that the hotel didn’t even offer to pay for the Uber instead. The AC in my room ...

„The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...
