„We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish!“

„Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. With the bus stop across the street and the train a 5 minute walk there wasn’t anywhere we couldn’t get to in the city. Gooroo was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again.“

„Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. “
