„This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did ...

„The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. “

„The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .“

Es war herrlich nach spannenden Ausflügen hierher zurückzukehren. Elda und Elder sind sehr hilfsbereit und es ist toll zu wissen, dass immer jemand nebenan ist, der auf alles aufpasst! „We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.“
