The houses gave us plenty of space to spread out and be alone if needed while also accommodating large group meals and lots of fun in both pools, the grounds and inside. „The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. „Miguel and Liza were incredible. We had Miguel’s dinners twice & everything was SO good. We booked the massage, and the airport shuttle transfer. „Our stay was incredible! The house was perfect for our group of 16. There are plenty of places to hang out as a big group and space to go off on your own and have some alone time. The beach was a little hard to access, so we ended up spending more time at the house which was fine since it's very beautiful and private. The food was amazing and overall we're so happy with our experience!“

„We loved our stay at Villa Mariposa. Communication was excellent with property managers. Mauricio was helpful in all questions we had and made recommendations we enjoyed. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well supplied with the things we needed. The maid service was so nice also, they did a great job. Thank you for a great relaxing vacation week!“

„This villa is incredible. The pictures do not lie. I went with 13 other friends for a bachelor party and we had an incredible time. AC, audio, and projector were all working great. Pool was the highlight by far — you can see into the pool via giant windows in the basement. The manager (Marce) was extremely responsive and helpful 100% of the time. If I’m in a large group heading to the area I would definitely stay here again.“

"große Anlage mit zu wenigen Shuttles, um zu den verschiedenen Pools/Restaurants zu kommen. Buffet bietet wenig bis kaum Variation und Qualität unterirdisch. Vor allem am Wochenende war die Anlage voll mit Partygästen, die bis in die Nacht gefeiert haben und lautstark an den zimmern vorbeigegangen sind. Hauptpool ab Mittags nicht mehr zum entspannen zu nutzen, da hier neben extrem vielen Gästen auch sehr laute Musik vorhanden ist und das Entertainment Programm viel zu laut gestaltet ist (laute Mikro-Ansagen, ...)"

"Wir würden dieses Hotel kein zweites Mal buchen. Das Essen ist ok. Die Kellner sind auch freundlich, der restliche Service jedoch interessiert sich überhaupt nicht für seine Gäste. Wir wurden über nichts informiert und uns wurde bei nichts geholfen. Wir wollten ein Ticket für den Xcaret Park über das Hotel buchen, hier hätten wir aber an einem 90-Minütigen Verkaufsgespräch teilnehmen müssen um dann einen Rabatt von 7€ zu erhalten. Wir hatten zweimal eine Kakerlake in unserem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, dadurch wirken sie auch schmuddelig. Überall sind Flecken, am Spiegel, Vorhang und Schreibtisch. Der Pool ist voller Blätter und wirkt auch so nicht sauber. Der Strandabschnitt ist ok, aber nicht so schön wie auf dem Expediabild. "
