I’m almost hesitant to post this review because I don’t want others to know about this place Liliana was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, responsive, and completely on point with communication. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and seamlessly.The villa itself was immaculate — spacious, luxurious, and beautifully clean. It worked perfectly for our family, and the kids loved the bunk bedroom. Convenient parking directly below the unit made coming and going easy.The location is exceptional. The villa sits just steps from the beach club and the Caribbean, making it effortless to enjoy both the pools and the water. What we really appreciated is that this is not a typical American tourist-heavy property. Most guests and residents were local or international, with Spanish as the primary language spoken. For us, this added to the authenticity — calm, respectful, and refreshingly free of resort chaos.The property strikes a perfect balance: upscale amenities without the crowded all-inclusive feel. The pools were excellent — rooftop pools, a gym pool, and our favorite at the beach club with hot tubs, a heated pool, and a non-heated pool. The beach was pristine and raked every morning.We felt very safe throughout our stay, the staff were consistently professional and friendly, and everything exceeded expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury, family-friendly beachfront stay!
