« Such a perfect apartment in the heart of Luquillo! There is an ocean view from every window, and the balcony is a lovely place to relax. Rios was great with communication, texting us check-in instructions and things to do during our visit. We traveled with our toddler and Rios provided a crib for him. It was also nice to have an elevator with our stroller. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning worked very well (a must in July). The main Luquillo beach was under 10 minutes away by...

« Beautiful place. Close to a lot of tourist attractions. It does not have a generator and the island from time to time looses power. To use the facilities you must wear bands your whole stay. So I just use it my last day. Didn't want to be touring PR with them on. Other than that I would recommend staying here. It's gated and the facilities are amazing. The host was friendly and responsive. »

« We were a group of six seniors and stayed in the condo for one month. Mark was extremely responsive both before and during our trip. He provided a very helpful information package that made our arrival and stay much easier. The view is absolutely stunning, and the balcony with comfortable chairs was one of the highlights of our stay. Mark also agreed that we could purchase a few missing items for the apartment. Storage space in the bedroom was limited, so we bought what we needed, and he...

The apartment was as pictured with all of the amenities listed and more, the place was catered for our comfort, and they thought about everything that we could possibly need.
