Extérieur très agréable qui permet de vivre dehors en permanence (terrasse ouverte et terrasse couverte). Location très bien équipée en vaisselle pour le nombre important d'hôtes. Van de ochtend tot in de avond een genot om te zien. Je kunt er prima wandelen. De tocht direct naast het huis leidt naar een altaar voor St. Guiseppe, daarna gaat het erg steil omhoog. « Ein großes Haus , welches durch die Haushälterin sehr sauber übergeben wurde, die gesamte Einrichtung ist nicht mehr neu, es sind ältere Möbel, dies sieht man ja auf den Bildern.Wir sind mit 5 Personen gereist, das Pllatzangebot ist mehr als ausreichend.Es gibt 1 Küche und 3 Räume mit jeweils 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten.Die Haushälterin wohnt im Haus in einer separaten Wohnung.Die 3Bäder könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen, Duschen geht nur in einer Badewanne.Ansonsten ein wunderschönes Grundstück auf...

« The property has a fabulous location and it very well fitted out. However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem. The living room, dining room, patio and bedrooms were airy and comfortable.The deck overlooking the train and lake was very nice and we used it most evenings. « My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. So it is perfect to explore the islands of Lake Maggiore, as well as the other towns along the shores. Being that high, the villa has an amazing view of the lake and islands.
