The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. „Great property. Just be aware there is a number of steps and an incline to bring items into the house. Also the fire pit is across the street by the water and an uphill walk back to the house. House was great. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Nice deck with view of the lake.“

„This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. „the listing was a little misleading, the picture on VRBO was not the property we were renting it's the house across the street. The master bedroom was fine with a king size bed and has a master bath .The bunk beds in 1 bedroom were not suited for adults as the lower bed was basically on the floor good for kids. The other bedroom was small with 2 single beds and this bedroom had no closet. The property was listed as ( Brand New )but actully it is 5 years old. The property is in a good location ...

„My sister and I had a great stay. The house is freshly remodeled with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was nicely appointed with basic supplies and condiments. Location was great for us to be able to hit our favorite wineries. Owner very responsive and provided an excellent notebook with instructions and local suggestions. Location is close to railroad tracks as pictured. We were not bothered by the one train that passed during our stay.“

„The view was the standout on this property. Unfortunately, it went downhill when you went inside. Our worst complaint was that there was not a comfortable place to sit in the entire house. Cushions were so thin you could practically see thru them. We double stacked them and still bottomed out. We had several rainy days so didn't have much choice but to be inside in the evenings.
