„You won’t believe your eyes when you first enter to villa and look out over the pool to the endless view of the Pacific. Great location. Out of the gray and noise of downtown. The cooks/housekeepers were amazing, speaking some Spanish is VERY important. The entire house and grounds are beautifully designed. Keep in mind that you will be charged for the electricity at the end of your stay. Just saying this so you can make an allowance for it. I just highly recommend staying here my grown kids all ...

„This company needs to up their game. I had everything ready for my trip and they had the audacity to cancel I was waiting for the payment link after I provided all my sensitive information like pictures of our identification passport numbers and all and at the end when I had my reservation a month prior they just texted via WhatsApp saying is not longer available because we request a 5 day stay and they cancel rather that telling me to add a day sounded like a excuse. „Property is amazing - lovely space for our 9 family members - walking distance to a local grocery store, restaurants and one of the local beaches. We greatly appreciated the on-site property host Jesus who was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended!!!“

„We loved the property everything was great the view, the pool, the neighborhood and everything that came with it. The only thing that we would've liked is to be a little more well kept. The cleanness wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. Other than that everything was great. “

„For two families, this was a perfect house. Two master bedrooms and the other two bedrooms having multiple beds for the kids. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out every day and the fish were always jumping to keep us entertained while swimming. The location was very close to restaurants, shopping etc in Chahue and Santa Cruz, but too far to walk. So having a driver is handy (which we had).The management group was well organized and communicated well. “

„Are stay at Casa Lapita was absolutely fantastic. The house is amazing ( my sister calls it paradise for wheelchairs) the staff is exceptional and an absolute pleasure to be around. To top if off proceeds go to a great cause of helping people with disabilities. Weather you need the accessibility or not Casa Lapita is absolutely perfect.“

„Every thing about this property is outstanding. The staff is great. The food they prepared for us outstanding, so much that the one night we went out to eat we were asking ourselves why. The direct access to the beach is priceless. And every thing mentioned in the promotional material was spot on. “

„The Duplex itself is modern and the living space looked clean, looks like the pictures, BUT….while settling in to our accomodation, I had to dispense with an ant nest in the silverware drawer, wash dirty dishes that were stashed under the sink, deal with a leaking kitchen sink drain (at 1 point the pipe came right out of the wall) and deal with a leaking upstairs bathroom drain. There is VERY limited hot water. There were no extra towels and the bed linens were in poor shape and not the correct ...

„Beautiful home with a forever view of the bay from the second and third stories. The pool was so nice at the end of each day of surfing. Minutes from Tangolunda and Huatulco Surf Co and ten minutes from the beautiful town of La Crucecita with tons of food, shopping and entertainment. We’ll definitely be back.“

"Das Beach-Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet! Leider funktioniert der kostenlose Transport dorthin nicht wunschgemäss - ein Taxi für 40 Peso würde ich empfehlen! Das Personal im Hotel und im Beach-Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir konnten im Hotel und am Beach-Restaurant alles ohne "Nachwirkungen" geniessen (war uns wichtig) . Die Mehrheit der Gäste kommt aus Kanada , daher angenehm... "
