„Service Katastrophe man bestellt beim essen was zu trinken es kommt 20 min später erst an“

„All was perfect!“

„I was at all the facilities of the hotel; it was a good hotel, everything was good. The only thing was that the restaurants had a limited menu, a small number of dishes, and one night out of the three that I was there, all of its restaurants, except for the buffet, were closed.“

„Clean hotel and amazing staff. We had an issue with room service and the customer service was amazing! It’s a beautiful hotel and definitely plan on coming back! I loved the access to breathless amenities.“

Personal, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Verpflegung alles top.“

„Property nice and clean, good food except culinary restaurant do not book or go there is awful food but overall was great for price 2 rooms 2 full baths but the master room had no LOCK!!!! So too much for privacy if you have young kids 😩 La propiedad está bonita y limpia, la comida buena también excepto el culinario restaurante no vayan a ese!!!

„They claim to be 5 stars, but some staff were very impolite and rude. They claim to adapt themselves to the clients but they don't. They try to sell memberships to avoid hotels.com and Expedia... Additionally, it is very complicated to organize a trip to a place outside of the hotel, seeing as the hotel tries to push the client to consume their packages which are quite expensive. The beach in the hotel was closed due to dirtiness, whereas the beaches in the "zona hotelera Cancun" were clean. In ...

„Huge property with lots of amenities. Stand outs were the kids indoor clubhouse, waterpark, and the quality of the food was exceptional.“

„We stayed 7 days / 6 nights at AVA Resort Cancun. Overall, the stay was okay, but we would not return. The resort felt too crowded for our preference—you need to enjoy large, busy, high-traffic environments to fully appreciate it. Hotel was very clean and nice/new. There were several downsides. The pools and some activities like volleyball on the beach closed quite early. Finding a sun lounger was difficult unless you paid extra to upgrade, and even then, reserving a Bali bed required walking ...

„Mega Party!!!
