« Good location with a great view. The walk to town is fairly easy but steep so not great for those with mobility challenges. We enjoyed the walk.Clear and timely communication. At night it was lovely and quiet which was great for sleep. Had everything we needed except salt but that is not unexpected.Loved having the pub just down the road. Would definitely recommend. »

« The property was lovely. It is bang in the town centre. Excellent location. Very light, clean and comfortable. There can be a little noise but its not too bad. The wifi is slow so if you are havinga working stay be prepared. On the whole we really enjoyed it. »

« A great flat that has been thoughtfully and generously equipped. It’s really helpful in St Ives to have a garage. We were tempted to spend hours gazing out of the bedroom or living room windows at the spectacular view of the beach and sea. After a while you become completely tuned to the state of the tide and the height of the waves. « Lovely little top floor flat in central Penzance. Had everything we needed for our stay and was well appointed, beautifully clean and warm on arrival. Instructions and communication from owner was spot on. We got the train so cannot comment on parking, but the flat is on a pedestrianised shopping street so there is no vehicular drop off immediately outside. We used the ‘Ride-on’cycle shop, a five minute walk from the bus and train station, to drop off our bags prior to check in and check out...

"C’est un Ă©tablissement Ă  Ă©viter Ă  tout pris. Je laisse peu de commentaires mais il est dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable. Il y a des fuites , des moisissures, les sols sont sales , rien n’est entretenu correctement ! La chambres Ă©tait presque inaccessible avec les valises Ă  cause de la pente des escaliers, bien sĂ»r l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. ArrivĂ© Ă  la chambres la porte Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat pitoyable les sols du couloir trĂšs sales, la salle de bains le toilettes pas nettoyĂ© avec des « cadeaux dedans », les lits fait alĂ©atoirement, les meubles d’autre temps. Nous avons vu la chambre sans avoir montĂ© les bagages. Nous avons bien fait . Nous avons refusĂ© de dormir Ă  l’hĂŽtel. Nous avons cherchĂ© un autre hĂŽtel du coup. RemboursĂ© ou pas de la nuit nous ne voulions et pouvions pas y dormir. Bon courage pour ceux qui y sĂ©journeront !"
