« Front desk was not open for service! I have pics with all lights off. Trash was spewn all over the grounds. Kids bikes, lawn chairs and charcoal grills in front of several units. Arrived within 20 min of reservation. Had to stay at a Motel 6 another 16 miles down the road. Name on the property is Best Inn Suites. Not Suite Stay. Have pics of the sign and my Apple Location and the grounds that match the pics on Expedia! Please cancel your pending debit on my account! Thank you »
