« This experience began with enthusiast communication with the owner. We communicated several times prior to the trip. He was very responsive when I sent him a question. Upon arrival we were so excited about the property and knew that we weren’t staying long enough to take advantages of everything that this property offered. Could never answer any property specific questions. The day of check in, no check in instructions were provided and the host did not respond to the contacts made to them by VRBO.
