« We had a great time at the houseboat. It was raining a lot but we sat out on the front covered deck and enjoyed our time together with old friends. It was exactly as described. Easy to use everything. One morning we saw a manatee and large turtle swimming right next to us. The restaurant next door is under reconstruction and once it’s finished that will be a great bonus. The houseboat was a very close drive to everything we needed. Would definitely do this again. »

« We were satisfied with the check-in process and were really excited about staying in the water bungalow for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully live up to what we expected for the price. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy. We booked what was advertised as a private water bungalow expecting a secluded and romantic anniversary getaway. Instead, boats were able to come within just a few feet of the bungalow. At one point, people on a boat were literally...

« Great experience all around! The host was very responsive. The location was perfect with an easy walk to multiple restaurants and bars. It also has a full kitchen with a great set up to cook in. We loved sitting on the back of the boat drinking coffee each morning and waving at the fishing and dive boats heading out. We will definitely rent here again. »

« Heidi is a wonderful hostess! We enjoyed our stay. The houseboat is clean and updated. Had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outside spaces: entryway porch, upstairs deck (furniture a bit wobbly!). The Harbor Cafe was wonderful--great Cuban Coffee and pastries and sandwiches...just steps away. The restaurant upstairs, The Old Tavernier was very good. Excellent pizza and shrimp bisque! We had a great time mostly relaxing and visiting Islamorada. »

« We both were born and raised in FWB. This place was so nice, and we had such a good time that we talked about booking again when we need a get away before we came close to checking out. It is cool being on a boat. The moon was nice; the bed was comfortable; roof was awesome; cooking was easy; bathroom was shocking; and overall it was a very nice experience! The communication was great. »
