« Had a wonderful time. Easy to find and access. The rooms were perfect sizes and the beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough room for everyone. Be sure to bring hotdogs and cast from the rear deck you will catch catfish all day long!!. Grocery is within walking distance. plenty to do nearby. « Small sail boat / Yatch perfect intimate space for a couple or two people since it does have two separate beds. It can accommodate for more than three people but it may be too crowded. Good amount of standing head room, but may be too low for tall people. « This was THE BEST place we have ever stayed, the house was immaculately clean, very well stocked and just so relaxing and welcoming. We will definitely book Dock Holiday again next year for our annual end of summer trip. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. « Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. « Alejandro was a great host. I had a very zen time on the boat for 2 nights/3 days. I got really lucky with the weather so it was warm, sunny and no rain. Alejandro was very responsive and easily brought me back and forth a few times a few times. Note the boat is in the middle of bay so you need a boat to get you back and forth but it made the experience cooler and more relaxing.
