Location as advertised but the place was absolutely, horrifically, disgusting. Mold everywhere. Flood stained walls. They did not disclose that the lobby was under construction. « Comfortable, well-equipped apartment close to Oxford Street, cafes and restaurants. Spacious master bedroom with en-suite. Second bedroom and bathroom quite small. Good base from which to explore London. »

« Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...

« Great location - right in the heart of all the parts of London we like to visit! Nice fully equipped kitchen, as well. Seamless check-in process. Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests. »

« Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! »

« The photos are from when the owner purchased it has aged since then. Generally needs a deep clean, carpets are terrible, mould in bathroom. There are shops in walking distance, as you have to buy everything, nothing is included like personal soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry etc.. Kitchen is limitedVery noisy - like a race track and Harrods is lit up all night without block out curtainsSize was good and was very close to tube - good location apart from the race track! »
