He was easy to reach and got back to us immediately!!We came in December for a short winter getaway and the Finger Lakes did not disappoint. The house was perfect with comfortable beds and bedding, large bathrooms, and a huge kitchen for cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and had general spices and oils for cooking. « Enjoyed the stay, great accomodations. (You may want to spray for wasps behind shutter near gas grill. We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench) »

« Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV. »
