„Great place! Our first waterfront penthouse! Condo was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed from home. Everything! Plenty of dishes, soap, cleaning supplies, utensils, towels, Knick knacks; chairs were comfortable, cable TV, and OH the view! Private balcony from the master bedroom and a rooftop balcony as well! „Fantastic stay overall! Beds were comfy, washer/dryer setup made things easier, and the place was clean and comfortable. Had some issues with door lock , potentially updated or replaced recently and instructions didn't match (or user error).Water pressure in second bathroom was average.“

„Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!“
