« Cleanliness was questionable, very outdated. Parts of the building were falling down. The room smelled like a lot of chemical cleaners and a horrible pee like smell underneath it all. Luckily I had a balcony room so I kept the door slightly open all night. »

« View of beach was nice, had a nice pool and hot tub. However, elevator extremely slow and made noises. Pull out bed had crumbs all over it so couldn’t use, mirror to closet totally off track, shower missing pull to turn on shower. Overall room was dirty looking, caulking all over walls in cracks, dirty walls, bathroom walls dirty and looked old. Nice location, but I think I would choose a different hotel even if had to walk a bit, to have a cleaner room. Also had adjoining room and people down...

« Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »
