„Beautiful Rakuten“

„Great staff, nice view, clean room and nice onsen“

„Super nice onsen hotel in a traditional atmosphere. The staff were very polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious and the private onsen on the balcony is a definite highlight. The breakfasts are huge!“

„Sehr schöne, ruhige und gepflegte Unterkunft. Das Personal ist extrem höflich. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker.“

„Our room was beautiful, we even had a piano inside. Our bed had a really nice view of the little garden, where the open air onsen was located. The onsen was clean and it was so nice to sit in the warm water and take in the serene beauty of the place. The staff was really nice and took us by car to our room and to the busstop, they even wanted to take us to the restaurant, but we decided to walk. The breakfast was a gorgeous japanese style breakfast, which we got in our own separate room in the ...

„great location, pleasant staff, but whoever planned this hostel put in way too few toilets per bed (two small stalls at each floor - 1 star less) and no showers or washrooms at all except for some in the onsen at the first floor (1 star less) making staying a bit uncomfortable and crowded in this regard.“

„Nice property with great shuttle service“

„Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!“

„お水がお部屋になく，水道水は飲めるとは言われたけど。ミネラルウォーターは欲しかった。“

„Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung 👍“

„Very spacious and good location!“

„Magnifique Onsen, la chambre était très spacieuse, tranquille. Nous avons adoré le bain d’eau chaude sur notre propre balcon. Les repas sont excellents et très copieux. La situation très pratique à 5 minutes max à pied de la gare de Gora.“

„Beautiful location, interesting architecture in the forest, public Onsen and very nice cafeteria on site. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in summer; when we pointed out a smell in the sleeping room we were immediately offered an alternative room. A close look at maintaining small appliances would be good. Transport: We used taxi and buses (Hakone Freepass) to get around Hakone ; staff was very helpful organizing transport when we asked. Rich Japanese and Western breakfast.“

„Preis Leistung ist top :) Privater Onsen war sehr schön!“

„値段相応でした。“

„We appreciate the graciousness of the host. Having private access to the onsen is a blessing. However, we weren't sure if“
