„We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after ...

„We had a wonderful time at this resort, the restaurants were amazing and we appreciated that there was always space at the pool and the beach. It was my partner‘s first time in Mexico and he really loved the service and the options. We also loved that there were events scheduled throughout the evenings that we could attend. He really enjoyed his pedicure at the spa.“

„Everything is excellent, staff is very nice and friendly, only thing is the dishes from room service, the miso soup and chicken soup are too salty; salmon is the best!! Have different show every night and activities at pool everyday. Very enjoyable and relax. Good for kids family“
