À votre arrivĂ©e, vous saurez que vous ĂȘtes arrivĂ© au paradis! Lorsque vous entrez dans le condo lumineux et ouvert, vous verrez la cuisine et la salle Ă  manger. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e propose des appareils en acier inoxydable, ce qui facilite la prĂ©paration d'un dĂ©licieux repas. La table Ă  manger Ă  proximitĂ© offre des siĂšges pour 6.

Dans le salon, vous trouverez un canapĂ© et un fauteuil sectionnels confortables, ainsi qu’une tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble Ă  Ă©cran plat, oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e bien remplie au soleil.

Depuis le salon, dirigez-vous vers le balcon avec votre boisson préférée pour réfléchir à votre voyage et prendre l'air frais.

Au moment de vous détendre, vous passerez une bonne nuit de sommeil dans l'une des chambres confortables. Deux des chambres ont des lits queen et la troisiÚme chambre a trois lits jumeaux, le rendant idéal pour les enfants ou les amis. Le complexe Aquatika offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin; vous ne pouvez jamais quitter les lieux! Il y a cinq piscines communautaires, y compris des piscines plus petites pour les enfants. Pour un bain apaisant, dirigez-vous vers l'un des trois spas. Pour certaines compétitions amicales, il y a deux courts de tennis et deux demi-terrains de basket.

Lovely stay

The condo was clean and well stocked with towels linens 2 beach chairs and beach equipment, kitchen equipment. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. The outside pool areas were amazing. Very relaxing and fun at night with the colored lights everywhere. the small beach area accessible on site was small but picturesque and felt like our own private beach. The town outside the gate was a little intimidating but we never felt unsafe. The drive to old town San Juan was approx 45 min and to El Yungue approx 25 min. A great stay and a gem of a place!

Nice place!

Overall this was a lovely property and the amenities of the resort were very nice. We loved the pools, the beach, the mini golf and basketball court. The apartment is as advertised, and we appreciated that it was stocked with beach accessories to use and sports equipment. Unfortunately the lazy river is under construction so it is closed currently. The only problem was that the porch area was not usable. The drain did not function so the porch was flooded with about 0.5 in of standing water, leading to lots of mosquitos if you open the sliding door. We were still able to have a nice stay despite this.

Great place to relax and rejuvenate

We loved the beach and pools were really nice, enjoyed having access to beach chairs and boogie boards in our unit. Spacious enough for 6 people. We felt safe on property and it was easy to park and get to fun destinations with our rental car.

Family trip.

Nice place to stay. It is not close to town, which we were aware of so you need to be prepared to drive 30 or 40 minutes if you want to get to San Juan. Great access to the beach and it was pretty low-key which is what my nieces were looking for. We went to a lot of local places and a great food everyday.

Unit was well appointed, clean and full of fun equipment for use in the resort. Black stone grill was a real plus. A/C throughout was comfortable when you regularly empty the dehumidifier. The guest host was very responsive to a minor issue my family had a delightful stay. Lots of water venues for children and adults, along with access to the private beach on the ocean. Would stay there again!

This condo is right in the middle of the complex which would be good to know. It would have also been good to know that many nearby places were closed permanently, and some others only open on the weekends. That being said, a rental car is a must if you even need basic groceries or sunscreen etc... We loved the setup of the condo, being ground floor was nice for elderly. Also there are two parking spots that go with this unit, not just one as the listing says. Unfortunately some of the things we were excited to use were not usable such as the lights at the basketball court (huge bummer for our teens), the fountains, and the putt putt was in really poor shape almost not usable. This unit had an issue with mildew smell, but we could tell an effort was made to get some of the humidity out of the air so I am not sure much more could be done about that. Overall was a good experience. We left two boogie boards and 6 lazy river tubes so hopefully the next people can get some use out of those.

Resort, pool, security was good, but maybe numbers on buildings would help to find the apartment. Need more lights at the parking area, a sign indicating how to get to the beach access, volleyball courts.

Great family time!

Condo was very clean, equipped with chairs for the beach, cooler and pool toys for kids! I would definitely stay here again! Lots of pools and the private beach is just a short walk. I wish there was an on-site restaurant or snack bar so we wouldn’t have to leave all the time for food or to go to the grocery store.

The pools were excellent, loved having a pool right outside our room. The condo was clean, had all of the kitchen stuff needed, 6 beach towels, 4 bath towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap, float toys, 2 coolers & camping chairs. We did see 3 small cockroaches come through the kitchen but that’s expected in tropical places. There is only 1 hot tub and the slide is only open on sat/Sunday and they didn’t open it until 10:30-11am. The beach gate was suppose to be open from 5am-6pm but we went out first day at 6:30am and 8:30am and still not open. The covid rules are outdated. There is also no water shortage as described on the welcome email, thankfully. The beach at the hotel was ok, we swam once and played in the waves but not calm for small kids. The surrounding neighborhood was very run down and sketchy but the property is gated and felt very safe inside. Location to activities was pretty good. Everywhere you drive is pretty slow moving. There was excellent & quick communication from the owner. I would definitely stay again and would consider buying a condo here in the future.

Travel agent truth

I’m a travel agent and I live for reviews! So I like to leave true feedback! I have nearly nothing bad to say about this getaway! The resort was just extremely safe. The pools were beautiful. The beach was amazing. The space was perfect for my family of 6. Plenty of beach and pool accessories. Yes a couple bugs here and there (I read previous reviews) but it’s to be expected with the climate and atmosphere, and they definitely are not “dirty” bugs. The ONLY tips I would give other renters
bring towels (bath and beach). There’s a few but not enough for a larger family and we were constantly washing and drying towels. If you need darkness to sleep, bring a sleep mask, the sun shines bright in morning and shades are thinner. We also brought some pool loungers with us and they were PERFECT for the lazy river!! Do yourself a favor and run to the market in front of resort in morning and get fresh baked bread!! We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to others!!

Condo great but had roaches

Booked condo at Auqatika for the week. We loved the condo, with the exception of having roaches! We found one first full day we was there, but hoped it was a fluke. We found 5 total before leaving. The condo was dirty when we arrived (not disgusting or nasty - just dirty, but thankfully they had plenty of cleaning supplies there so I cleaned it up easily. The property manager explain the water had been off periodically leading up to arrival so that was most likely the reason, so he said he’d refund cleaning fee - which we haven’t seen yet. We would have loved the condo had the roaches not been there! Pools were nice. Fully gated neighborhood in not so great location but we did feel safe.

Worst property I've ever stayed in

I travel quite frequently and have stayed in some remote and "off-the-beaten-path" places, and this was by far the worst. Upon check-in, we were never told our actual room number, so I had to call and leave a voicemail for the property contact, whom didn't respond for at least an hour. Thankfully my wife found the parking space number buried in an email and we decided that had to be the room number. We found our room and were greeted with a dead cockroach when opening the door. I brushed it off as I understand there are bugs in warm climates. I've seen cockroaches here and there at even the most high-end resorts. It happens. But not like this..... there were cockroaches everywhere. In the cabinets, in a small foldable stool, in the dishwasher (which we didn't discover until the last day as we never used it during our stay). All of these cockroaches were alive! I have pictures and videos of all of this. I addressed these matters and was refunded the cleaning/extermination fee, however I do not believe this property was even cleaned prior to our stay. It was very dirty and dusty under all the beds and along the edges where the walls meet the floor. I even found a toenail clipping in the top drawer of the dresser in the bunk room. Ew! This was also the least stocked property I've ever stayed in. This property sleeps 7 people, however there were 3 bath towels and 4 beach towels. No wash cloths or hand towels. No extra sheets or blankets. The bedrooms are very small, the pictures of this property are very deceiving. The actual grounds of the resort are acceptable, however the pools were always full of leaves, bugs and a dead bird. There are approximately 5 pool chairs so you need to bring your own chairs to the pool. The beach is quite a walk from this property but it was very nice, small and quite. As far as where this property is located in relation to the airport, its pretty far, but we found many beautiful beaches on that side of the island that were not a far drive.

The check in was very easy. The floors weren’t the cleanest, but that can be expected with a condo right on the beach. The pools were perfect for my little ones and everything was pretty convenient in terms of grocery stores. There’s a little beach side bar that you can walk to from the private beach that was literally perfect. The people were welcoming and very genuine. We will absolutely be coming back!

Mattress Need to be replaced. Like fitchers. TV . Outlet. Need to be replaced or repair. Other than That was a wonderful place to stay.

Great week at aquatika

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us and we didn’t have any issues. It is a ground floor unit which normally I wouldn’t prefer but we felt totally safe and due to there not being any elevators, it was a win for our group. The pools were nice and clean and the beach was great. There was a grocery store recommended on the sheet but we found one just as close that was even better for us, Ralphs. So keep that in mind. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again in the future!
