« Old building, Need renovations »

« Room was booked for three people, only 2 wash clothes and hand towels were provided. Found hair in the bathtub from previous guest. Hairdryer did not work. #7 button on microwave did not work, found this when trying to program correct time. TV remote was broken and somewhat held together with scotch tape. Phone was blinking that there was a message but there wasn't one and couldn't clear flashing light. Called front desk, 1/2 hour later maintenance showed up and put duct tape over the flashing...

« The receptionist at check-in was not the most friendly and avoided eye contact. We did not have enough bath towels for our family and had to call the reception to get at least an extra one. The next day same thing, we had only 3 towels for our family of 4: we called reception again but this time, we have been told to go downstairs and get the towels ourselves.
