„Nun ja, die Frage ist wohl generell: Warum überhaupt nach Blackpool? Unabhängig davon bietet diese Hotel für sehr sehr viel Geld sehr sehr wenig. Außer Dreck, davon war recht viel im Zimmer. Das Frühstück entspricht dem üblichen Ketten-Frühstück-Abgefertige. Inklusive Fertig-Waffelteig-Matsche… Nun gut. Aber: Personal sehr freundlich- sie können ja nichts dafür.“

„We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. „The room was small but comfortable and clean. The food was very good - both the buffets and the plated main course dinner. Our young server Jake was very hard working and efficient. One problem was there isn't enough seating in the ballroom for the evenings entertainment. Overall though an enjoyable stay and will definitely return.“
