Unfortunately, our 4-day stay was very disappointing, mainly because of the poor service and food experience.
- The staff’s English was extremely limited, which made even simple requests difficult or impossible to communicate. Many interactions left us frustrated.
- The buffet was exactly the same every single day – no variation at all over 4 days. For the price we paid, we expected much more variety.
- Making dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurants was a real hassle. There was no phone or app system – we had to walk to each restaurant in person to try to book a table. Even when we managed to get a slot, the only available time was 9:30 pm. With young children, waiting until 11:00–11:30 pm to actually eat is simply unacceptable.
Overall, the dining and service fell far below the standard we expected from a resort of this category. We left feeling disappointed and will not return.
