« We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Venice. Very clean, smooth check in process, good communication, and great location for walking to all the major sights. Also close to restaurants and water taxi stops. The one downfall, which is not communicated is that the apartment is located on a side street, and there is a bar/restaurant below. « Nice apartment, clean, 1 min from vaporetto Ca d'oro station, near to restaurants, the market, realto bridge... etc, lack of some kitchen utensils.. « The location of the property is super convenient (although a bit challenging to find at first, therefore it is important to follow the owner's instructions). When the temperatures dropped to zero, it was a bit too cold and I would appreciate the apartment to be better cleaned when we arrived, but these were minor issues and we enjoyed the stay a lot. »

Cela pourrait être encore mieux si les salles d'eau étaient repeintes (plafonds bien abimés), un flexible de douche changé, les ampoules électriques vérifiées, une lunette de toilettes fixée.
