"Ce n’est pas un hôtel très luxueux mais c’est vraiment très bien. J’avais un accès VIP on m’a offert le surclassement sans frais, chambre spacieuse et confortable. L’accès aux autres Bahía, il y en a pour tous les goûts. et les restaurants un gros WOW j’ai tellement bien mangé. Juste pour cela considérant le prix payé c’était bien au delà de mes attentes. Je recommande sans hésitations je serais restée plus longtemps pour bien profiter de toutes les possibilités! "

"Our stay at the Grand Sirenis Resort was incredible. The resort, paths, pool and beach are breathtaking. The entertainment employees were friendly and entertaining, especially Erik and Cecilio. The concierges at our building were very welcoming and helpful, so a big thank you to Adair, Luis, Jorge and Yessica. And Eduardo from Guest Services was a pleasant surprise to our stay. Every time he checked in on us, it was warm and friendly and we felt like if there were any issues, he would help us out. We recommend this resort to anybody wishing to visit the Riviera Maya region, with or without kids."
