« Mis à part un vent fort et constant qui n’est pas inhérent à la villa ni au propriétaire, notre séjour a été très réussi. Nous sommes arrivés tard en soirée et grâce à un code, nous avons pu nous installer, un panier de bienvenu nous attendait et Augustin est venu à notre rencontre le lendemain, son accueil est chaleureux et nous nous sommes rapidement sentis à l’aise. « Nous avons adoré demeurer à la casita, avec sa cuisine bien équipée, son hamac, sa douche extérieure, les cenotes à proximité, le sanctuaire de singes, la sublime plage d'Xcacel et les autres plages vers Akumal. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison en peu de temps. Nous avons toujours reçu rapidement des réponses à nos questions de la part de la propriétaire ou de sa gestionnaire de propriété. Je recommande toutefois de disposer d'une voiture pour accéder facilement aux attractions autour....

« We had a wonderful stay at Villa Shalimar! The space is exactly as the description and pictures show. Three nicely equipped villa's around a giant, multi level pool with a swim up bar. Plenty of shallow space safe for younger children (the youngest member of our party was 3) and deeper areas for the stronger swimmers. « I did not get to try out property amenities as we were out and about everyday. We slept very well as beds were comfortable. The property manager and owner were receptive and helpful. « Our family had a fantastic week at the Queen of Cozumel. We woke up to the most beautiful view from our bedroom that we just had to lay there and admire it for a while: a perfect white sand beach with cushy lounge chairs under palm trees looking out over every shade of blue in the Carribean. « Our stay at Villa Turquesa was fabulous! We were a group of 8 (4 couples). There was ample room for the group; the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and everyone enjoyed their privacy. We spent most of our time outside, days around the pool on the first level, afternoons and evenings on the upper deck. "J’ai apprécié beaucoup les allées, le paysage, les restaurants, les spectacles, le personnel, tous sauf l’accès a la mer. Il faut faire plus d’effort pour donner accès a la mer et outiller bien les travailleurs pour nettoyer les algues morts pour diminuer l’odeur dans cette période."

"Troisième fois dans ce resort et toujours aussi satisfaite. Nous avons été accueilli de façon exceptionnelle, notre séjour s’est très bien passé et notre chambre était super bien située, dans Eden, près de la piscine et de la plage. J’adore les animaux qu’on peut voir et côtoyer sur le site (singe, coatie, quelques chats, iguane, etc.). La piscine sur le bord de la mer est très belle. La nourriture est bonne. Merci particulier à Claudia au front desk et à Marco du Guest service pour leurs attentions et aide pendant notre séjour. "
