« I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The house is new, clean, and beautifully designed in a modern style. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and the dining area is perfect for meals or relaxing with friends or family. There are two cozy bedrooms and even a small yard, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! »

« Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. »

« This was the most amazing vacation and this house was the main reason. It's stunning, simply stunning. Sitting outside and listening to the waves was our favorite thing to do! We started every morning floating in the pool and ended every evening in the warm pool. Mango Cafe was our breakfast go- to but there are so many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. El Chefcito was a favorite. Chedraui superstore is a 10 minute walk. The location here is top notch, we only needed to grab a taxi ,...

« Gorgeous property and superb service! Dave was more than gracious to assist us as we arrived and got oriented to the property. We had an opportunity to tour most of the property. Every villa has it’s own charm, but equally lovely. We look forward to returning with more friends soon! »

« Great air conditioning, right on the beach. Walked out to ocean. Comfortable beds. Netflix. Great neighbors. Walking distance to Manny’s and The Pit. Safe area. Large garage. No iron or ironing board. No hair dryer. No broom but there were 2 dust pans. Needs to have updated stove. Couldn’t tell what temp oven was on!! Very easy check in and check out. »

« I have stayed in multiple beach villas on Sandy Beach and this one is the most beautiful home on Sandy Beach inside and out. It fit 14 of my closest adult family members very comfortably. « This home is well-equipped and well located. We enjoyed the quieter south end of the island, taking advantage of the smoothie and coffee carts and bars/restaurants within walking distance. The pools were amazing, and we loved the easy beach access! The view is incredible! We were given contact information for a local person who was able to provide direct access to taxis, assistance obtaining snorkel gear, and helped ease our transition.
