« 1 glass in the kitchen, smoke detector was missing. No way to control the heat or air. Asked the front desk two times to help and no response. The thermostat was blank/dead and the wall unit said to use the thermostat. So neither would work. »

« The room was canceled without prior knowledge and ANTHONY the receptionist lacked compassion and hospitality. »

« Bed was hard as a rock, elevators don't work, door frame had a wad of paper 'fixing' a big gap. Was a pretty janky place. Also if you're traveling with pets, online it's advertised as pet friendly and they stay for free. (Literally the only reason I even considered this place) They charge a $50 pet fee at check in. This is not advertised at all online. »
