„Traumhaft schönes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Pool ist direkt am Meer und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick. Mietwagen von Vorteil, Tulum ist zu Fuß nicht erreichbar, es stehen aber immer Taxis vorm Hotel. Frühstück war perfekt, es gab eine riesen Auswahl, sowohl süß als auch deftig. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. “

The drive in can be a bit bumpy and confusing at first, but just follow the signs. Remember the landmarks to entrance : Yax- kin cenote post and “Roberto” the welcome mannequin on the side of highway. Enjoy the jungle experience. “

„We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind.
